  整机采用拉线随动夹具和分割器驱动转盘相结合的结构，夹具在拉线上自动循环使用，各工位对夹具自动挡停、举升定位，确保对位精度，产品在拉线和转盘间用机械手进行自动转移。人工将2个塑胶零件、1个塑胶的香水胶囊放入夹具，自动超声波将2个塑胶零件焊接在一起；人工供料，自动挤压装配一个塑胶零件；人工放置一个塑胶卡扣零件，自动挤压到位；采用光纤激光器自动印制日期码，节能、稳定、免维护。每次2个产品同时操作。自动清空并完成设备内未完工的产品。异常时停机报警，并提示异常位置。自动记录产品数量，实时计算产能。完善的安全防护措施，防止意外工伤发生。出口欧洲、南美。

The machine uses the combined structure of line follower fixtures and split drive turntable, the fixtures can auto recycling used in the line. The fixtures will be automatically stopped and lifting positioned at each stations to ensure accuracy. The products automatic transfer through robot between line and turntable. Manually put two plastic parts and one plastic perfume bag into fixture, then the ultrasonic machine automatic welding the two parts together. Manually extrude and assembly one plastic parts. Manually place one plastic snap joint and extrude it into right place. Using fiber laser printing date code automatically, and it is energy saving, stable and maintenance-free. Two products can be operated at the same time. Automatically empty and complete the unfinished products. Under abnormal condition, the machine will stop and alarm and indicate the abnormal place. The machine will automatic recording the number of products and computing machine capacity in real-time. Comprehensive security measures to prevent accidental injury occurred.
